Graduated in Agronomy from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Vet de Jaboticabal (1990), a master's degree in Plant Production from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Vet de Jaboticabal (1995) and a doctorate in agriculture from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences Botucatu (2006). He's currently Associate Professor I at the Federal University of Mato Grosso. Has experience in Agronomy, focusing on Environmental, acting on the following subjects: crop production, weed, agrarian sciences, biometrics and eucalyptus. (Text informed by the author)

Corn breeding (focus on recurrent selection in materials with exotic germplasm introgression; population breeding; lineage evaluation; disease tolerance selection; water stress material evaluation; green corn evaluation and selection) genetic diversity and adequacy of management techniques and cultivation of cerrado cashew and gabiroba.
