Abstract:

Aimed to evaluate the influence of the conjugated or non-conjugated application of fungicide and biostimulant in different phenological stages, forms and sources of nitrogen fertilization applied on cover, on the agronomic traits of corn. For this, three field experiments were conducted, one for evaluation of the conjugated or not application of biostimulant and fungicide, one for evaluation of the application of biostimulant only and one for evaluation of nitrogen fertilization in coverage. All experiments were implemented in the no-tillage system, with the same cultural treatments, in a randomized block design with three replications. In the first experiment it was evaluated whether the influence of conjugated or not application of biostimulant and fungicide in the phenological stages V4 and VT, on the agronomic traits of first and second crop corn hybrids, agricultural year 2016/2017. The other experiments were developed only in second crop. The second experiment was evaluated only the effect of the algal extract biostimulant application applied in seed treatment and in the V4 and VT phenological stages. The third experiment evaluated the effect of application of nitrogen fertilization on stage V4, and the treatments were formed by the combination of four sources of urea and two forms of application. The conjugated application or not of fungicide and biostimulant in the first crop presented significance only for stem diameter. In second crop presented for all characters except mass of one thousand grains. The application of algal extract-based biostimulant in seed treatment and in V4 and VT stages promoted increases in agronomic characters, except one thousand grain mass. The sources and forms of urea nitrogen fertilization application in cover, did not differ from the fertilization carried out only in the planting for none of the evaluated characters, except mass of one thousand grains.
