Abstract:

Protocols of somatic embryogenesis and organogenesis in vitro have been determined for several species of plants and can be propagated and understood as morphophysiological processes of the same. Delonix regia (Bojer ex Hook) Raf, popularly known as flamboyant, is a tree species of the Fabaceae family in afforestation and urban landscaping. The present work aimed to establish regeneration systems to investigate the morphophysiological aspects and processes. Experiments were carried out with two sources of explants: proteins and diets grown in Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium, with different concentrations of 6-benzyladenine (BA), for induction of multibricks and organogenesis in vitro, respectively. At the end of the experiment the concentration of 2 mg.L-1 of BA induced a higher rate of morphogenic responses. In addition, kinetin (KIN) or BA was used in cotyledons in order to compare their responsibility, with such as 6-benzyladenine (BA). After all, the potential of cotyledonary segments to induce morphogenetic, bioenergetic, anatomical and physiological responses of immature zygotic embryos (EZI), mature cotyledons (CM) and cotyledons derived from seedlings (CP), when grown in MS with a high ratio of auxin / cytokinin. Cotyledons are new morphogenetic variables after the induction period. EZI and CP induced a formation of embryogenic calli, CM leaving no morphogenetic response. Changes raised, and a dynamics of mobilization of reserves of different explanations were characterized. Although it was not compatible with the final efficiency, it believes that the study can contribute to the creation of regeneration and micropropagation systems for woody leguminous species.
