Abstract:
The objective was to evaluate the vegetative propagation of the species Campomanesia adamantium and Campomanesia pubescens in the years 2017 and 2018. For this, were carried two experiments out based on the adoption of asexual propagation techniques with the use of stem and root cuttings. The experiments were conducted in a greenhouse at the University Federal of Goiás - Regional Jataí. For the first experiment utilized the cuttings of the species Campomanesia adamantium and Campomanesia pubescens for wich were evaluated characteristics of survival, callosity and rooting through propagation vegetative by stem cutting stalked associated with different concentrations of indolebutyric acid (IBA) during the four seasons of the year in 2017. The results were submitted to analysis of variance and the means compared by the Tukey test. For the second experiment, developmental characteristics of one and two-year-old Campomanesia adamantium root cuttings were evaluated. The development of the aerial part and root system of the cuttings was evaluated using different concentrations of cytokinin (6- benzylaminopurine). The results were submitted to analysis of variance, regression analysis and the means comparated by the Duncan test. The use of AIB did not promote adventitious rhizogenesis, but provided a high percentage of survival for the species Campomanesia adamantium and Campomanesia pubescens by stem cutting during the spring season. For Campomanesia adamantium root cuttings, it was verified that the use of 1 mg L-1 of BAP influenced in the increase of the emission of shoots and the number of shoots.
